Wings to Win is a youth-powered nonprofit organization with one bold mission: to help young people soar into their dreams, serve their communities with purpose, and shine as tomorrow’s leaders. Through mentorship, leadership training, and volunteer programs, we empower youth to believe in themselves, take action, and become changemakers. Together, we rise higher.
I’m Jerry from Clements High School. I love sports and dancing, and I’m a passionate and energetic person. I’m always eager to learn new things and believe that growth comes from stepping out of my comfort zone—whether it’s trying a new sport, performing on stage, or working with a team.
Among all the activities I enjoy, badminton is more than just a sport to me—it’s a lifelong companion. It has taught me perseverance, focus, and determination, and through every swing of the racket, I’ve found my rhythm and passion.
I’m Nichole — a student at Bridgeland High School, the top-ranked school in Cy-Fair ISD. I’m an organized and curious learner who enjoys approaching challenges through thoughtful problem-solving. My passion for STEM has led me to earn awards in robotics and engineering competitions.
Outside of school, I’m passionate about reading, dance, arts, and astronomy—interests that fuel my creativity, focus, and open-mindedness. I’ve gained valuable experience performing and competing in dance on stage, which has taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and the rewards of dedication.
With Wings to Win, I’m inspired to keep growing, uplift others, lead with purpose, and make a lasting impact on both my school and the community.
My name is Jayden Yau. I am a student at Kinkaid High School, one of the best private high schools in the Houston area. I’m excited to be part of such a vibrant community that encourages learning, growth, and leadership. I actively seek out opportunities to lead — whether it's through group projects, volunteering, mentoring younger students, or representing my peers in student-led initiatives. I believe leadership is not just about taking charge, but about inspiring others, listening with empathy, and working together to achieve common goals.
In my spare time, I love playing the piano, drawing, 3D modeling and dancing — and I’ve been fortunate to win several awards in national competition events. These experiences have taught me discipline, confidence, and the value of hard work — all of which have shaped me into a more responsible and motivated leader. I look forward to continuing to grow, serve, and make a meaningful impact in both my school and my community.Hobby: Piano, dance, modeling
I am Mason Young, a student at Beck Junior High School and one of the founding members of Wings to Win. Creative, curious, and full of energy, I bring a passion for both the arts and community involvement to the organization. I have loved dance since early childhood and continues to express himself through movement and performance. In addition to dance, I am an avid musician—I play drums, guitar, and marimba, enjoy singing, and even write my own songs.
I believe in the power of creativity, leadership, and giving back. Through Wings to Win, I hope to inspire other young people to discover their passions, develop their talents, and grow as confident, compassionate individuals. My vision and enthusiasm are at the heart of the organization’s mission to empower the next generation.
